    Check-In Guidelines Step 1: We will provide the address of your property via text, secure messaging or email. Step 2:You will receive a code for keyless entry. Don’t forget to push the check mark or lock button after entering the code. You will also receive a code for our alarm system to disable it. Step 3: Enjoy your vacation!

  • How do I report lost items?
    At Vcay, we take the security of our customers’ belongings very seriously. That’s why we have a strict policy in place for reporting lost or stolen items. If you realize that you have lost or forgot an item, please notify us immediately. We will then conduct a thorough search of the premises. If the item is not found, we will ask you to fill out a lost and found report. This report will include your contact information, a description of the lost item, and the date and time it was last seen. We will keep the report on file and make every effort to locate your lost item. In the event that an item is stolen, please notify us and file a police report. We will provide any information that may be helpful in investigating the theft. By taking these steps, we can help to ensure the safety of our customers’ belongings.
